Equity Practices
All materials, hardware, and software are provided. Every tool in the program runs free in a Chrome browser on existing district Chromebooks. No family purchase. No subscription fee. No device requirement beyond what students already have at school. Equity is not a program feature here — it is a design constraint that shaped every decision before a single lesson was written.

Our Equity Commitments
- Cost to families: Zero. Every material, tool, and platform is free.
- English Language Learner supports are built into the curriculum — visual scaffolding, translated key vocabulary, and multilingual peer learning structures are embedded by design, not added as afterthoughts.
- IEP and 504 accommodations are integrated at the lesson design level. The curriculum does not require modification for inclusion — it was built with inclusion as a foundational design constraint.
- Technology access as equity: all tools run on district-issued Chromebooks. No family purchase required at any grade level.

What students build, they keep. Portfolios, datasets, GitHub contributions, and dual credit credentials are theirs — not demonstrations for a showcase that disappears after the event, but tangible assets they carry forward.
This is what workforce-aligned education looks like when it is designed for the students who need it most — not adapted for them after the fact.

We treat equitable access as a mandatory design constraint for our systems, ensuring that opportunity is integrated into our operational frameworks rather than managed as a secondary goal. Our policy requires that every curriculum, resource allocation, and community engagement model be evaluated against these equity standards, holding our organization accountable for creating measurable, inclusive outcomes for the participants we serve.
